About the Artist

During my college years, I worked and learned in a plastics and resin company. No two products were alike, they were all custom designed and created to specific requirements. After retiring from the US Air Force, I was able to design products and displays for the FAA and the Air and Space Museum. I found greater satisfaction in designing things than pushing paper.

Loving wood, I’ll see an unusual piece and then decide what to do with it, something different. Often changing my mind as the work progresses, makes a lot of sawdust.

I love the process, results and hope others will too.
