About the Artist

Gail/Rich art is a collaboration between Gail Wagner, a trained Artist and retired Psychologist and Richard Stackhouse, a retired Auditor, Manager and Hobby Craftsman. We have always had expressionistic and generally creative aspects to our jobs but we put our art focus on hold in an effort to raise families. Now as seniors, we have the time and means to paint and share our passion with the community. We are experimenters and have explored acrylic painting, pen and ink drawings, alcohol ink, jewelry making and creative wood wall art.

Now we feel we are ready to share our passion with the public and learn from the feedback we receive. Our art statement is simple. We believe that art is in everything and that every color, texture, shape and experience we have, are the things that give life richness and depth. We wish to retain that sense exploration and playfulness that we started with and hope that our free- spirited art speaks to you in meaningful ways.
